There is already a css language support plugin and a html/xml language support
plugin in quanta. Css somehow works, html is a bit crashy and unfinished.
To glue everything together multiple langauges per file need to be supported,
milian started that - it's in an experimental branch - but unfortunately not
finished.

So, you see - there are plans how to do all that - but it's WIP and atm lack of
manpower. I'm closing the bug as it's too generic.
