to have this option

Hi All,

It would be good idea to have option in Configure Lunches, that i can mark
option (sure optional, by default not selected) which will always popup window
with agruments to make last changes to arguments when i Execute Lunch (using
Shift-F9 or F9). And then execute command with new arguments. I hope it is
understandable.

I think it is easy to implement.
