Given a file with the following contents:

all

... the code browser tooltip will show the following signature:

bool all( mixed self, mixed iterable )

... which is wrong :-). For reference, the help(all) output in Python 2.7 and
3.2:

all(...)
    all(iterable) -> bool

The same is true for other built-in functions like 'any'.
