Is this specialization actually valid? Shouldn't it be written like this?:

template<>
Foo& Foo::operator<< <std::string>( std::string& value )

eg. with template-identifiers.

The specializedFrom should be set in DeclarationBuilder::openDeclarationReal,
but it's tailored for class-declarations at the moment.
