It would be nice to have those things editable during the commit.

It is handled by git from the .git/config file by default, but there is a need
in few cases to change it.

It is exposed and editable in the commit dialog in case of QtCreator and gonna
be like that by using a "Show Details"-like way in GluonCreator, too.
