Summary: Main window title don't refresh when I use 'save as'
menu item
Product: kdevelop
Version: 4.1.2
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: UI: tabbed pages
AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs@kdevelop.org
ReportedBy: vdm-photo@ya.ru
Version: 4.1.2 (using KDE 4.5.5)
OS: Linux
I'm using kdevelop from fresh Fedora 14 distribution, fully up-to-date
KDevelop is used with default settings.
The bug is following: window header containing full file name (with path) don't
refresh when i'm saving file to another directory.
But, if I switch active document tab to another tab, and then switch back to my
document, file name become correct (it points to new file at the new location).
It's very inconvinient...
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. opening two different files in KDevelop in two tabs.
2. Then select one of them and click 'Save as' in file menu.
3. Specify different file location
4. Press 'save' in dialog. Window header remains unchanged (bug is here!)
Note: if you switch to another tab then, and after that came back - window
header is updated.
Actual Results:
window header contains path to 'old' file.
Expected Results:
window header should contain path to 'new' file (as I saved it in new
directory)
