If a project is building, it should not be allowed to be closed (right click ->
close project). This causes a crash.

Also, it doesn't have to be actively building. If there are several projects
open and you "build all", while project A is building, if you close project B,
when KDevelop gets to project B, it crashes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Close a project while it is building.
