Version:           4.1.0 (using KDE 4.4.5) 
OS:                Linux

"Run -> Configure Launchers... -> Dependencies, Action: Build" uses default
'make' executable instead of specified in "Project -> Open configuration... ->
Configure Make settings, Make executable" for CustomMakeManager-projects.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create CustomMake-project
2. specify custom make executable
3. add launcher with any build dependency
4. execute launch

Actual Results:  
building uses 'make' instead of specified executable

Expected Results:  
specified executable is used to build dependecies
