class A {
  const C = null;
}

is a valid code but currently is reported (highlighted) as an error:

"Problem in Definition-Use Chain:
Only booleans, ints, floats and strings are allowed for class constants."

simply put: null was forgotten as valid value for class constant ;-)

Reproducible: Always

define null class constant
