Since ~/.kdevduchain is a cache directory, it would be better to move it
~/.cache/kdevduchain (or more precisely, $XDG_CACHE_DIR/kdevduchain), in order
to be XDG-compliant:

This directory takes a lot of space (my daily automatic backups grew in size by
2GB over the last year due to this directory alone), and ~/.cache is the
correct place to put this sort of files ("user-specific non-essential files"
according to XDG), so that backup tools can securely ignore those files and
improve the efficiency of the copy.
