You're saying that when you click the Build button it doesn't build the
selected projects?

That's because the "Build Selection" button builds all the projects listed in
the "Project Selection" list (which is under the Projects tree).
You can right-click and build to build a specific project in the project tree.
If you would like to suggest some other behavior/explanation, please file a new
bug, this one is way too confusing :).
