Version:           4.1.0 (using KDE 4.5.3)

When I tried to create a new project with git control version, the project was
created succesfully, but git isn't work at the main directory of the new
project. Git is working at the level before
Example:
~/projects/myNewProject/[here are the files of my new project]
~/projects/.git <-- where git is
~/projects/myNewProject/.git <-- where I expected to have git


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Project -> new from template ->C++ -> qt (CMake) -> Qt4 CMake Gui application 
application name and folder, doesn't matter
Version control -> git
Configure a build directory <- is ok as it is

Actual Results:  
~/projects/myProject/projectsFiles*
~/projects/.git/

Expected Results:  
~/projects/myProject/projectsFiles*
~/projects/myProject/.git/
