While in a project tree, opening or closing a folder of a sub class etc. does
not update the vertical size of the treeview in order to recalculate the scroll
bar. Only when the horizontal size of the class view is changed, the scroll bar
is updated.

Example: When the whole tree is collapsed, no scrollbar appears, which is
correct. But on opening a class within the tree, the tree becomes longer and
thus the bottom elements don't display. A scrollbar should appear to make the
bottom entries accessible, but it does not. Only when the horizontal size of
the class view is changed, the size of the tree is recalculated causing the
scrollbar to appear in the correct form and position.

It's a minor but slightly annoying bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Load project, go to class view, open or collapse any subfolder within the
project tree.

Actual Results:  
Scroll bar is not updated correctly.

Expected Results:  
The scroll bar should appear instantaneously after opening a folder when the
resulting tree is longer than the height of the class view.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-23-generic
