- open CMake project
- create new folder
- cancel wizard to add include_directories to parent CMakeLists.txt

=> folder creating aborted

if the wirzard is just "undone", i.e. the include_diretories part removed, the
newly created wizard will still include a CMakeLists.txt

Instead, the folder should be created without the CMakeLists.txt when the cmake
wizrad is aborted, instead of aborting the whole process
