true, KLockedFile or what we use apparently only checks for "is there a
processes with pid XYZ" which fails under some situations (e.g. poweroutage,
restart -> some random process grabs the old kdev pid).

Showing the path to the .lock file or even better a manual "force start" button
would be good.
