Are you sure you don't have any invalid plugins/shared libraries from kdevelop
1.0 lying around?

Could you run kdevelop through valgrind and reproduce the crash if you can?

Does this still happen if you properly set KDEDIRS and run kbuildsycoca4 (which
should make kdev find the cmakemanager among other things).
