When you hover over a variable name like b2Pi:
const b2Real b2Pi = 3.141592653589793238462643383279;

It will show the value the variable contains rather than the type. I was
talking to PovAddict and he can experience the same thing. I believe he said it
only happens with #define b2Real float for example and not for typedef's.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type the line like I have in the details area.
2. hover over the variable.
3. make sure the type is of a define rather than typedef.
