Version:           SVN (using KDE 4.4.3) 
OS:                Linux

With KDevelop/KDevplatform/php/php-docs git master:

$str2 = "";
$a = array_fill(strlen("a"), str_rot13($str2), 0);

Place the cursor inside str_rot13() and press ctrl-space (auto-complete). The
popup window shows argument hints for array_fill() and strlen(), instead of
array_fill() and str_rot13().
