Can you please provide me with the project so I can try to find the bug? The
information here is not enough for that.

If you cannot do that, please do this instead (assuming you install kdevelop
from git):

1) kdebugdialog -> enable php area
2) /path/to/build-folder-from-kdevplatform/util/duchainify/duchainify --verbose
/path/to/your/php-project

and paste me the output of the last command.
