Version:           4.0.0 (using KDE 4.4.4)

If we opene a file from link in tooltip on function, those file will open in
not readonly mode, so we can save it in utf-8 charset whille those file fe:
have iso-2 charset, this operation smash our encoding in file, and all works
get down.

How it should works? Like standard opening the file from tree, alert if
encoding is diferent than utf-8 and set up this file to readonly mode.
