The test-case is attached. The problem is that kdevelop does not manage to
detect the run function even though it should (it shuold be able to look up
that the second template param of kdevelopbug has value true through the struct
and find the appropriate kdevelopbug instantiation)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just open the test file and see that run is not found
