Version:           4.0.0 (using KDE 4.4.3)

There is no C++ offline documentation available for kdevelop 4.x as there used
to be for older versions.
This is very handy for offline work as I ( and many others ) tend to work as
much as possibile even if offline.
"man std::basic_string" is very messy to read so I was thinking about a simple
C++ API documentation to go with Kdevelop as you already put in the Qtdocs and
Cmake docs
