The initial bug report here got fixed for sure after beta 7, the cause was what
David described.

@ Yngve: Can you please make sure that your kdevcmakemanager.desktop file (use
locate to find it) contains the following line:

X-KDevelop-LoadMode=AlwaysOn 

Note: This got fixed in trunk on 02/11 by me. Dunno whether that was before or
after Beta 8, but afaik it was slightly after?
