Summary: "Find in Files" - dialog doesn't remember pattern for
                    file-filter
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs@kdevelop.org
        ReportedBy: didi156@gmail.com

Version: 3.9.98 (using KDevPlatform 0.9.98) (using 4.4.00 (KDE
4.4.0), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31-19-generic

In kdevelop 3, when modifying the pattern of the filed to be searched, this
modification was kept for future search operations. In kdevelop 4 it's
instantly resetted when the dialog is closed (e.g. after doing a search), thus
the pattern must be changed for every single search if no predefined one
matches the needs.
I haven't found any workaround (e.g. creating an additional list entry).
Currently the only workaround for me would be to use the "*" entry, but this is
not viable, because searching also binary files takes very long.
