You have libsublime still installed from your package maintainer, please remove
that - it introduces binary incompatibility which probably leads to the crash
here. Or did you not install KDevelop from sources?

Anyways, the rename bug got fixed after beta 8 got tagged, meaning that it will
work in beta 9. In future don't add such comments to an unrelated bugreport,
instead open a new one. Or look whether there is a bug for that (there was, got
closed in the meantime).
