I have a KDE4 GUI project generated by kapptemplate, it has the
kde4_add_executable in a CMakeLists.txt file in the srcs subdirectory.

Unfortunately KDevelop does not seem to registering it, hence there is no
executable icon in the project tree, nor in the Launch Configurations dialog.
