It actually does store the config (at least it did when I wrote the code), the
problem is when having two projects A and B and the config is stored in B, but
A is loaded first. i.e. the code doesn't re-check after a new project is opened
wether the stored config is in it.

Apart from that, I don't like this 'current launch config' thing, it only works
well for the "single project, single executable, single launch config" usecase
and is horrible when having more than one of those three.
