Perhaps there is a bug as you expect, but what I can tell you is that this is
not evident to come from "cmake", apart from that the "cmake plugin" is called
for cmake based project and custom makefile ones.

I'm saying that because I just change my project buildtool. Before, we was
using custom GNU Makefiles. Inside the make file, as the cmake code I show you,
I have variable that add -D<VAR> to the compiler (gcc). And i have the same
kdevelop4 behaviour (no autocompletion inside the #ifdef... #endif and the
function not parsed).
