I wasn't talking about "cmake the standalone buildtool", but about the cmake
plugin for kdevelop which is supposed to parse and interpret the cmake files
when opening them inside kdevelop. 

I guess it simply doesn't see the -D stuff done inside the macro. Not sure why
though
