SVN commit 1069565 by zwabel:

- Re-merge the active view after the configuration has been changed, so the
main-menu is re-structured again (for example after the toolbars were
re-configured).
- Remember all added menu-actions and manually remove them when the view is
unmerged. Due to the restructuring, it seems lik KXMLGui doesn't find all of
its actions back. This fixes the problem that some actions were shown multiple
times when multiple editors were open.
- Rename the menu-entry "Sessions" to "Session" to make it consistent with
"Project", and because you always have only _one_ active session.
