The tabs KDevelop shows when multiple files are open are currently draggable
beyond the visible tab bar area (to the left and right). This doesn't produce
any bugs or impede any functionality, but it seems kinda unprofessional and
makes me feel a little uncomfortable dragging tabs around.

Instead, a tab should only be draggable in between the left and right edges of
the tab bar - or even better yet, only in between the left-most and right-most
position that it can actually be placed at.
