It's a custom makefile project. I load the project (cannot post the source code
- proprietary stuff). Then I click on the project tab on the left - this
displays the project folder hierarchy. I expand any folder there. The contents
of the folder are displayed in the tree. I select any file - source code or not
- right click and choose Rename. In the Rename dialog I change the file name
and click ok. Nothing happens - file does not get renamed in the tree and on
disk.

Happens on both my work and home desktops running kdevelop built from svn tip
today.
