@David Nolden, I'm pretty new to all these APIs, could you confirm/crush my
take on this?

Those using directives are converted to AliasDeclarations, which means that
unlike ClassMemberDeclarations, they don't hold any record of the access info,
essentially only pointing to the Declaration they alias.

If that's the case, what solution would be preferred:
Add a ClassMemberAliasDeclaration class?
Add access info to AliasDeclaration?
$BETTER_IDEA?
