Sorry, I have no idea what you're talking about. If you look at the source
package of KDevelop 3.5.5 you'll see its still under buildtools/automake and
its also not disabled in the Makefile.am. Hence if the kdevelop you got from
your distribution doesn't have autotools support you need to complain to them.
