Kompare support has been disabled as its too unstable. Additionally the
backtrace suggests that KDevelop was compiled with kompare support but its now
either gone (the komparepart) or its somehow binary incompatible. Either way
not a bug, sorry. If these are kdevelop/kdevplatform packages please complain
to your distro, else recompile and disable kompare support.
