Sometime Duchain is unable to fully parse a file (for instance, because it
can't find an header), my main problem is that kdevelop will keep trying to
parse that file each time the project is opened (it also probably lead to less
accurate completion), currently, when a file is opened with a missing header,
kdevelop complains about that, but on big projects, I usually open a very few
number of files which means the error is never fixed.

So it would be nice to have a GUI that report duchain error, and allow to fix
them (like adding by hand the missing include path).
