I've updated to the lastest SVN today, and for me it doesn't fix it.  
kDevelop still doesn't see the target.  I have two screenshots in 
attachment.  One screenshot with the cmake if (GTEST_FOUND) active, and 
one where it is commented.  Note that in the first case, the 'test' 
target does not show up in the Projects tree, even tough GTEST_FOUND is 
true.
