When writing a template function sometimes code completion asserts with the
same message:
ASSERT: "function" in file
/home/kde-devel/kde/sources/trunk/KDE/kdevplatform/language/duchain/functiondeclaration.cpp,
line 77

Can be reproduced editing file:
kdevelop/languages/cpp/parser/astutils.h@r1014710

and adding at the bottom(inside the namespace):
template<typename Node>
