We're not going to ship tons of docs with kdevelop, especially not from
"arbitrary external projects". Hence a online-url is the only choice and
frankly a project should provide compatibility links if it really needs to
change its entry point for docs. 

Last but not least: KDevelop3 is dead and won't see a change anyway. KDev4 has
no support for SDL doc.
