This is not a duplicate. The crash happens in CppPreprocessEnvironment::merge
(thread 2), the XIO error is the result of that crash (X11 socket killed).
Changing the malloc debug options only ignores references to freed memory.

If this bug is fixed in kdevelop, please mark as resolved.
