It's very common for c++ header files to have no extension.

The default filter in File->Open... is "Text File" and it hides files without
extension.

In the filters combobox, the only other entry is an empty one: I think it
should be renamed to "All files" as the current solution makes it look like a
visual glitch (very unusual to have an empty entry in a combobox).
