When the debugger stops on a breakpoint I cannot jump to a specific position of
the stack by double-clicking in the Frame Stack window.

The log output says the following when clicking on two different locations
after hitting a breakpoint in testlib/foo.cpp:
kdevelop(26258)/kdevplatform (shell)
KDevelop::DocumentController::openDocument: cannot find URL: "testlib/foo.cpp"

kdevelop(26258)/kdevplatform (shell)
KDevelop::DocumentController::openDocument: cannot find URL: "main.cpp"

I will attach my small test project where you can easily reproduce the
behaviour.
