I have good news, if a bit embarrassing for me: I tried to duplicate my
problems on a "hello world" project and I failed. 

Then I tried on my main project at work, after having cleaned the .kdev4 files
(and hidden directory), and I couldn't reproduce my problem. So I guess it was
all caused by some stale config file somewhere.

That's absolutely great news for me and I'd like to thank whoever fixed that
bug.
