This is another follow-up report to bug 191502.

When I change my project settings, for example change the build dir in the
CMake options, these changes are not saved immediately to a config file.
Therefore, I am prompted with a CMake configuration dialog if I restart
KDevelop after it crashed (in case that I opened the project the first time in
the session that it crashed).

Please save my configuration changes immediately when something changes there.
