Hi

I've just run KDevelop 4 for the first time. Much to my disappointment, it has
only two toolbars: 'main toolbar' and 'debug toolbar'. There is no way to
create additional toolbars, and possibilities to customize those two are very
limited.

Just to be sure, I run 'rm -rf kdev*' in ~/.kde/share/apps and
~/.kde/share/config, but it didn't helped.
