C++ context highlighting does not catch case statements with ranged values.
Example:

switch(foo)
{
case Bar ... Baz:
    break;
}

Baz is highlighted, but Bar is not. It isn't detected as an error, it's just
not given any special highlight color. I'm building RPMs from source:

kdevplatform-0.9.92-0.2.20090426svn959372.fc11.x86_64
