On my workstation, holding down the alt key to show the code browser tooltip
thing doesn't work. It works on my laptop. 

The tooltip does show up when hovering the mouse pointer.

I will try to provide some details:

Qt:      4.5.0
kdelibs: 4.2.2
Arch:    x86_64

Alt is set up as "Modifier key" in kwin, and using it to move windows does
work. However, this is the default, and is the same on my laptop.

`xev` shows this information when pressing the alt key:
KeyPress event, serial 34, synthetic NO, window 0x3000001,
    root 0x13c, subw 0x0, time 326093450, (154,-13), root:(1345,689),
    state 0x0, keycode 64 (keysym 0xffe9, Alt_L), same_screen YES,
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XmbLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XFilterEvent returns: False
