I'm not sure how useful this would be as it would need a dialog to type in the
name, choose between shared and static and select a list of files somehow. IMHO
thats a lot easier to be done manually in the CMakeLists.txt, as you'll have to
edit that one anyway to setup the include-dirs and other libs to link against.
It may be useful to be able to add files to a certain existing library, either
via context menu or by simple drag+drop.
Note that KDevelop4 will _not_ support managing buildsystems such as CMake,
Make or QMake completely via GUI, thats not possible to do in a sane manner
(clearly to be seen from KDevelop3). So we concentrate on assisting the author
when writing the buildsystem files in the editor (code-completion, code-assist,
semantic highlighting).
