Code-completion should not impose anything on the user, so everything that is
accessible should imo be shown, also for navigational/overview purposes(Whether
compiling or not). The user after all might change it so it compiles.

About the best matches, those are only computed for a limited count of
completion items, for performance reasons. This should be increased I guess.

About the basic problems of strange items in the list: This should be fixed
now! If it is still reproducible, re-open or create a new report.
