Summary: caption feature not working properly
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: 3.5.0
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs@kdevelop.org
        ReportedBy: symon_vezina@hotmail.com

Version: 3.5.0 (using KDE 3.5.9)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I have multiple kdevelop windows opened and I'd like to set a title to each one
of them instead of the pathnames of the current opened file. Of course, the
pathname is so long that it gets trunkated in the tab display and then it makes
it hard to know which file is opened.

I googled around and found that there is the --caption option. It does get the
title changed but as soon as I open a new file, the caption gets changed by
that file pathname.

Can anyone tell me how to persistenly set the window title?
